Republic City Fashion - Water

So, since my original got such a good response, I decided to make another Republic City fashion plate. This is the third in a four-part series. Once again, this dress would be made for the rich in Republic City. And this one reminds me of the dress that Rose wears at the beginning of Titanic. You know, when she's getting on the ship and is acting all snooty about which one she'd getting on? Whatever.

The dress is a classic walking dress, made of silk with a matching hat and a fur wrap.
